#Imagine G-Dragon "Not So Invisible"

"God, I hate Math. What's the point in even taking it when half of this school aren't even majoring into anything relevant to mathematics," My best friend, Min, said along with a groan as our teacher babbled on and on about decimals or something. I shrugged, and kept looking out the window to my left. I couldn't stop thinking about him. He was perfect. His hair, his eyes, and that smile. Kwon Ji Young. That's his name. I couldn't forget it. Over the school's girl population talked about him whether it was in the hallways or in the bathrooms. His name was everywhere. Min found him to be a little too obnoxious for her taste, so she was the only odd ball. I didn't really talk to her about him. I was just reserved like that. Although we were best friends, it just felt embarrassing to talk to her about guys, so I usually kept stuff like that to myself. "I mean, seriously, who needs math when majoring for the acting business? I don't understand," Min mumbled to herself. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you. I go to school here in Seoul, South Korea. Reason being is because my parents are in the military, and they're currently overseas. They're close by, so they decided to do me with some host family. The family has been nothing but angels, I just don't appreciate going from country to country. At first it was exciting, but after a while, it got tiring. Min Soo Young is my best friend, my only friend, here in Korea, and we do everything together. Luckily, she could speak English as well as her own language, so that was a plus. Not many kids here spoke English, but the ones that could always waved at me, or helped me when I needed the help. Now for the non English speakers, well....let's just say they gave me sour looks due to my different skin color. It was darker than they had ever seen. In reality, I'm a nice caramel brown color, but to them i'm some dark African. I know enough Korean to pick out what they say about me, and sometimes I couldn't hold in what I had to say, then there were times where I could. It's just a matter of the situation.
"What're you thinking about, C?" Min
asked as she poked at my side relentlessly. I jumped a little, then turned to
her, and shook my head. "Nothing, just tired," I replied back, a lie
of course. I always got at least 10 hours of sleep. I'm very studious. Min
rolled her eyes, and crossed her arms over her chest. "That's a lie.
You're thinking about that JiYoung guy." I blushed slightly, and pushed
her arm playfully. "No I'm not, I'm really tired," I continued to lie.
She blew out a breath.
"Right, whatever. So are you going to audition for
YG Entertaient already, or have you even considered doing it?" I sighed,
and began playing my pen. "I thought about it, but Min, what's the point?
They're not even going to LET me audition because of my-" "Don't say
it. I don't wanna hear you say that because it's a lie," She immediately
said as she looked at me with firm eyes. "You know that's not true. You
have real talent, C. Stop putting yourself down, and making up excuses. You
sing better than that one guy, what's his name? Yesang? Yepung? Ya-" I
laughed. "Yesung." She rolled her eyes, and waved her hand.
"Whatever his name is, you sing way better than him, and he's a freaking
Kpop idol." I smiled slightly. "Thanks, but I don't think so, and I
don't think that I will audition. I'd rather get through highschool, and go to
college like a normal kid." Min shrugged her shoulders, and flipped her
long dark brown ponytail over her shoulder. "Whatever you say, but I still
think you should audition. You're really good, C." I shook my head, and
looked back out the window. 'I wonder what JiYoung is doing right now. Who's he
thinking about?' I wondered to myself. - "I hate her so fucking
much." My friend, T.O.P, that's what we call him anyway, chuckled, and tapped
away at his phone. "Who doesn't? She's always on her period," T.O.P
said with another chuckle.
I rolled my eyes, and leaned back in my chair as the
old bat rambled on and on about some assignment she expected to be turned in
Friday. No one was going to do it. Well, I'm not anyway. Mrs. Woo didn't give a
crap about her job so why should anyone listen to her? She didn't care about
the students, so why should care about her? "Hey," T.O.P looked up
from his phone, locked it, and stuffed it in his back pocket. "What's your
plan to escape the girls this time?" I looked down at my phone to see a
message from Tiffany, my on and off girlfriend. I shrugged my shoulders, and
replied to the message while answering him back. "I don't know. Throw my hat
to them as a distraction. What about you?" I heard him snort. "I was
gonna use you as my distraction." I looked from my phone at him, and
pushed him out of his chair with my foot. Mrs. Woo heard the noise, and
immediately began scolding T.O.P for causing such 'racket' during her lesson.
He looked over at me with a glare. I smirked, winked, and went back to replying
to Tiffany. -
"That was sooooooooooooooo boring, C. I almost died from
boredom," Min complained, leaning on my shoulder as we walked towards our
shared locker. I giggled, and reached over, and pat her head. "You're not
gonna die, so calm down," I replied. She can be such a drama queen
sometimes. She pouted slightly. "But I could've died..." She mumbled
like she was hurt by my reply. I smiled. "You'll be fine." Once we
reached our locker, as Min went to unlock our locker, I was suddenly pushed
into the locker beside ours. Min looked behind her to see the three tramp
stamps. Okay, they were the Angels. As if they even deserved such a heavenly
name as that.
They were demons straight from hell. Tiffany was the leader, but
I never really knew what the other two girl's name since they weren't nothing
but the EXTRA tramps behind Tiffany. Tiffany and her crew looked at me with
smirks. Surprisingly, they could speak really good English. How nice, right?
"What's up, dark skin? You should really stay out of our way, or better
yet, get out of this country. You don't belong here. I'm surprised you haven't
figured this out already. Nobody wants you here, understand? You're an outcast,
and you'll always will be." I could the slight sting at the corners of my
eyes, but I blinked the oncoming tears away, and stood my ground.
"For
one, you don't own me. You're just the school's slut. You're nothing. In
fact," I stepped closer. "you soil this school's name with your
presence." Tiffany's mouth gaped open in shock. Min smirked, and stood to
my right with her arms crossed. "That's right, so take your ass on
somewhere before you experience an on hand fight. You know? The REAL ones that
you see on the streets?" Min said. I held in my laughter until they
finally stomped off down the hall. I let it go as soon as they left. Min
laughed too. "Damn C, you told her," Min said. I shrugged with a
proud smile on my face. "I don't know what got into me. Oh wait...nope. I
don't know," I replied.
She smiled/shook her head, and opened our locker.
Then I remembered something that I wanted to show Min since we did have seven
minutes between classes. "Hey Min, I want to show you this dance move that
I came up with last night. I wad listening to Lucifer by SHINee last night, and
I came up with this rocking move. Let me show you," I turned around, and
moved backwards, then fell to the ground. Min dropped down by my side, and
looked up at the person I had bumped into with her infamous glare. When she
gets mad, she tended to speak in her native tongue. No matter who it was.
"Ya! Watch where the fuck you're going, idiot!" She yelled.
I looked
up to see the poor victim Min was lashing at, and my breath hitched in my
throat. ThumpThumpThumpThumpThump went my heart. It was JiYoung! I had bumped
into JiYoung! JiYoung wasn't looking at us, instead he was looking down at a
cracked phone that laid on it's back helplessly. What did I do...? He picked up
his phone, and immediately looked down at me. I could instantly tell that he
was beyond angry. His sexy eyes glared down at me in such a way, I felt like
falling into an abyss. Luckily he spoke in Korean, so I could barely understand
what he was saying. "See!....Fault!....Fuck!....Black!.....Bitch!-" I
couldn't hear anything else because before I knew it, I had stood up, and I was
immediately in his face. I was beyond pissed. I went full on black. "Don't
you EVER, and I mean EVER call me a bitch again or you will fucking see a bitch. You can call me whatever the hell you want, but that word I won't take. I dint
care if you're cute, nothing is worser than a guy's personality." His
glare turned to a smirk as his posture slouched to a more relaxed one.
When he
opened his mouth, and leaned towards my ear, I felt my attraction for him
increase beyond any number thought of. "I knew you dark girls were feisty,
but you're turning me on more than any girl has ever done," He whispered.
I shivered slightly as my breath quickened. My cheeks felt so hot, I thought I
was gonna blow up. He was so close...so close I could feel his hot breath on my
ear. I just wanted to put kisses all over him, but I had to have better control
over my actions. The only way to get a guy is to play hard-to-get, so that was
my plan. I pushed him back, and rolled my eyes. "Whatever. Just get to
class before I have to slap that fucking smirk off your face." He pouted
slightly, then shrugged. "If that's what you want, then I'll go. See you
around." God, I didn't want him to go, but it all in the plan. As long as
I remembered that, I would have self control. I hoped. When he was out of
ear-shot, I was immediately praised by Min who had a ridiculously wide smile on
her face. What have I got myself into?
